We are thrilled to announce that Lube-Tech has been awarded a 2021 Top Workplaces USA Award from Energage! This is the inaugural year for Top Workplaces USA and we are proud to be one of the first companies in the nation to be recognized.
According to Energage, “Winners of the Top Workplaces USA list are chosen based solely on employee feedback gathered through an employee engagement survey.” We had more than 420 teammates participate in the survey and we thank each and everyone of you who took the time to respond.
This award is another highlight for Lube-Tech and once again shows the strength of our teammates and organization. Additionally, we were awarded a similar award from the Minneapolis Star Tribune in both 2019 and 2020, as well as from the Des Moines Register in 2020.
