Lube-Tech named recipient of the 2019 Star Tribune Top Workplace Award!
Living the purpose to “make tomorrow a little bit better than today” pays off not only for our customers and our communities, but for our employees as well. Today, we are thrilled to announce that Lube-Tech has been recognized as a recipient of the 2019 Star Tribune Top Workplace award. Hundreds of small, medium and large companies compete for a spot on this prestigious list every year, and it is an honor to be placed in a category that counts Lube-Tech as a Top Workplace.
Over 2,000 organizations were invited to participate in the survey, and over 140,000 employees around the state shared their views. The nomination process for the Top Workplaces program is based upon feedback from an employee survey conducted anonymously by Energage. We are so thankful to be included in the list of 2019 Top Workplaces – especially because employees were the judges! As stated by Suzette Taylor, Lube-Tech VP of People & Culture, “Lube-Tech is a people focused company with heart. We frequently hear that what makes us unique is the feeling you get when you work here. It feels right to be here… like you belong… like you and your family truly matter… like relationships matter. I personally find it extremely refreshing to be a part of a culture like this and am thankful to each person whose contributions have resulted in Lube-Tech being named a 2019 Top Workplace.”
“At Lube-Tech, our purpose is to make tomorrow a little bit better than today, and over the past quarter of a century I have been blessed to watch our Lube-Tech family get up each morning to intentionally live this mission. This award is truly a recognition of our culture and our employees. The people who are the heart of Lube-Tech; The individuals who are committed to making tomorrow a little bit better than today for each other, for our customers, and our communities on a daily basis. I am grateful to be part of this organization – keep it up, Lube-Tech!” – Chris Bame, Lube-Tech CEO/Owner
